These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Al Sharhan Industries Co. (Kuwait) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing access to and use of the Website and all purchases made through it.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with all referenced policies.

If the Customer does not agree to these Terms, they must discontinue use of the Website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel transactions where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer is fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account, whether by themselves or any third party using their credentials.

The Customer confirms that all provided information is accurate, complete, and up to date and agrees to update it when necessary.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

• failure to protect login credentials
• inaccurate or misleading information
• negligent account usage

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or breach of these Terms at its sole discretion.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of product information; however, it does not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content are error-free.

Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice.

6. PRICING, CURRENCY, AND ERRORS

7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT FORMATION

• operational constraints

The Company may limit or cancel quantities per Customer, household, or address to prevent abuse or reseller activity.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

The Company accepts payments via KNET, VISA, and Mastercard.

By placing an order, the Customer authorizes third-party payment processing for the transaction.

The Company does not store card or payment credentials.

The Company is not liable for fraud or breaches occurring at third-party payment providers or banking networks beyond its reasonable control.

9. DELIVERY AND RISK

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Risk transfers to the Customer upon successful delivery and signed acceptance at the delivery address.

Ownership remains with the Company until full payment is received.

If the Customer is unavailable, delivery may be completed to an adult household representative.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

10. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery subject to:

• product being unused and in original condition
• proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include discounted or promotional products unless defective.

Refunds are processed via original payment method and may take 4–6 weeks depending on banking providers.

11. WEBSITE AND SYSTEM DISCLAIMER

The Company does not guarantee that:
